You love your back yard, but hate those pesky mosquitoes and bees. You love the sunshine, but hate the extreme heat on summer afternoons.  You enjoy entertaining outdoors, but worry that the weather won’t cooperate.
So this summer you joined the scores of homeowners who are investing in glass and screen rooms to increase their living space and help them better enjoy their yards and landscaping.
But now that you have this lovely space, are you at a loss about how to decorate it?
Barrington Interior Designer Sharon Prassel says she is being hired to design more and more of these rooms as people choose to spend time enjoying their home with families and friends.
“I feel that when you are designing a home there should be a flow between rooms and, ideally, between indoors and outdoors, too,” she says.  “This is particularly true when it comes to sun-rooms and screened porches.”
