Prassel,
a Chicago native who studied business at St.
Norbert’s College, started working in construction
with her husband building homes in 1984. After
realizing her passion for design, she went back to
school to obtain her Interior Design degree from
William Rainey Harper College. After her graduation
she worked for a Wood Mode; custom cabinet design
firm. There is where she realized that people
needed help with the whole design and construction
selection process. She started her own Interior
design business specializing in construction and
kitchens. Her specialty is pulling the whole look
together that is unique and fits the needs of each
of her clients’ while still being sensitivity to the
client’s budget and lifestyles.
